What is Guardix?
Guardix is a comprehensive security guard management platform that helps security companies manage their guards, post sites, scheduling, time tracking, incident reporting, and more — all from one place.
Which platforms is Guardix available on?
Guardix is available as a web application for administrators and managers, and as a mobile app on iOS and Android for security guards in the field.
How do I reset my password?
You can reset your password from the login screen by tapping "Forgot Password" and following the instructions sent to your email. If you continue to have issues, contact your administrator or email support@guardix.com.
How does GPS tracking work?
When clocked in, the Guardix mobile app uses your device's GPS to verify your location at the assigned post site. Location data is only collected while you are actively on shift and is used solely for security verification purposes.

How do I delete my account?
